Fundraising Information

Kansas City Illusion has just signed up for a new fundraiser that helps the environment and makes money for our General Operating fund. (No you don’t have to sell anything!) Please save the following items (when they are empty) and bring them into the rink. There are collection tubs in the coaches room. At the end of each month we will send the items into the Terracycle company to be recycled and they send us a check! The more we collect, the more money we make to apply toward Synchro expenses. We are signed up for 2 different collections so if you would separate your items and leave them in the appropriate tub it would be appreciated.

The Oral Care collection accepts: toothpaste tubes, toothpaste caps, tooth brushes, floss containers.

The Personal Beauty Care collection accepts: lipstick cases, mascara tubes, eye shadow cases, shampoo bottles, conditioner bottles, bronzer cases, foundation packaging, body wash containers, soap tubes, soap dispensers, lotion dispensers, shaving foam tubes (no cans), powder cases, lotion bottles, chap stick tubes, lotion tubes, face soap dispensers, face soap tubes, face lotion bottles, face lotion jars, eyeliner cases, eyeliner pencils, eyeshadow tubes, concealer tubes, concealer sticks, lip liner pencils, hand lotion tubes, hair gel tubes, hair paste jars.

PLEASE NOTE: hair spray cans, nail polish bottles and nail polish remover bottles ARE NOT acceptable.
